TranZHalo, Inc. is a transportation software company providing cybersecurity solutions for connected and autonomous vehicles, primarily to the fleet industry. The company is “woman-owned”, Laura Wysong, the founder, began concept development in 2015 and officially incorporated in 2016. The company’s product concept and vision were based on the Founder’s previous experiences in the automotive, security and predictive analytics sectors. The company was developed on the premise that all connected technology carries an inherent level of risk. That risk becomes much greater in the highly complex world of automotive and truck technology.
The company was named an ATDC (Advanced Technology Development Center) Accelerate company, which is affiliated with the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and is recognized as a top 20 US Technology Start-Up Incubator.
The company is also a member, and bases its’ core operations, at the Alpharetta (Ga.) Technology Commission’s Innovation Center.
The company has assembled a highly accomplished Management Team and Advisory Board with significant experience in Automotive, Cybersecurity, Big Data, IOT, SaaS, Machine Learning, Communication, Networking and Artificial Intelligence. The team has over 25 years of experience managing a variety of operations including Fortune 500, NASDAQ, early-stage and late-stage startups in high growth, complex turnarounds, and M&A scenarios. TranZhalo is an early-stage company with go-to market plans for 2018. The company will remain dark until they officially launch their first product.
