Laura Wysong, CEO and Founder

Laura is a veteran of the technology and automotive industry. She has more than 25 years of executive management experience in technology, manufacturing, telecommunications and professional services. She has sales and P&L experience for products in Security, Data Privacy, Compliance, Big Data, IT services and SaaS. She has managed global budgets of $100 million for Deloitte, Ernst & Young and Anheuser-Busch. She spent 10 years in management consulting leading operational turnarounds for Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing, telecommunications, wireless and oil and gas sectors producing $500 million in bottom-line benefits to customers.

Prior to forming Tranzhalo, Laura was an executive for three previous early-stage companies. She was recently VP of Products for Illuminate360, an advanced analytics company for the Healthcare, IOT, Security and Transportation markets. She also served as Vice President for XOR, an early-stage Managed Services Provider. Laura has spent a significant portion of her career managing new products and services. She developed and managed the Consumer Products Analytics Practice for Ernst & Young and built the National Shared Services Practice for Deloitte Consulting. Laura has a BBA in Finance with a minor in MIS from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA with a Finance Specialization from the University of Denver.

David Wooten, Chief Product Officer

David brings over 25 years of experience in the technology and automotive industries. He has lead the development and launch of products in enterprise IT performance management and web-based automotive technology. David’s experience includes strategic and operational responsibility for several commercially successful IT products including Pinpoint, Discover, Virtual Profiles, and Abend-Aid.

David is an early-stage veteran serving on the management team of several successful companies. He managed the product planning and development teams for CompuWare including products such as CICS Abend-Aid, CICS RADAR and Fault Xpert Series. He led Product Management for RTO Software which sold its suite of performance monitoring tools to VMWare. He continued in product leadership roles with VMWare managing their Capacity Planner and vCenter Operations Manager line of products. He recently managed product development for Autocare101, a web-based portal for all things automotive including garage support, diagnostics and consumer advocacy for car owners. David has an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in Computer Science and an MBA from Georgia State University in Entrepreneurship.

Ben Cagle, Chief Revenue Officer

Ben brings more than 25 years of operational experience in Enterprise Strategy, Innovation, Solution Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Product Management and Operations Leadership. Ben has served multiple industries including automotive, transportation, technology and professional services, across multiple markets on four continents.

Ben’s leadership roles include P&L ownership of a $300 million Global 500 Business Unit, $110 million NASDAQ Data Analytics firm, a $55 million Consulting Practice, and smaller technology-related companies. While beginning his career in global manufacturing, Ben transitioned to technology and business consulting, with Consulting Partner and Industry Director Leadership roles at HP Enterprise (formerly EDS), Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) Consulting, and Hitachi Consulting. Ben served on the leadership teams for several rapidly growing VC-backed software and SaaS companies, a NASDAQ-traded advanced data analytics company, a marketing strategy and research firm, and other start-up technology firms. Ben also founded Cagle Consulting Partners where he and his firm advised technology start-up’s, mid-market technology, and global enterprise innovation organizations on accelerating revenue growth, solution development, and innovation. Ben has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Confidential, COO

An accomplished COO with over 25 years of operational experience in the software, telecommunications, wireless and cable industries. He has served as both a COO and CIO for Fortune 500 and early-stage companies. He is currently managing operations for a software company that develops innovative products for the cable industry and lead the company’s recent acquisition by Alpha Technologies.

Prior to his current position,  he served as the COO for IBBS, a regional cable provider, growing revenue by 5% per month for five years and expanding operations to include three operating centers supporting customers in North and South America. He lead the company to a successful exit after five years. He served as the CIO for Maxis, a joint venture with USWest International in Malaysia, managing software for mobile, fixed wireline, satellite and ISP services, growing the mobile base to 2 million in 3 years. He held several executive operational and engineering roles for USWest Advanced Technologies planning, deploying and supporting new technologies and services in the telecom sector. He has an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree from the University of Idaho.

Steve Greenfield, Founder and CEO, Automotive Ventures, LLC

Steve Greenfield is currently the Founder and CEO of Automotive Ventures, LLC a start-up focused on incubating and growing businesses that solve pain points in the automotive industry. Steve is a veteran of the automotive industry with over 18 years of experience. He recently served as AutoTrader.com’s (a Cox Automotive Company) Vice President of Product Management, responsible for AutoTrader.com’s website and mobile device user experience and advertising products for automotive manufacturers.

Steve served as AutoTrader.com’s Vice President of Business Development, developing the company’s acquisition and partnership strategy. He oversaw the acquisitions of vAuto, Kelley Blue Book, HomeNet Automotive, and VinSolutions. Steve was the Director of International Development for Manheim Auto Auctions (a Cox Automotive Company), developing opportunities for Manheim’s overseas investments. Steve is a graduate of York University (Toronto) and holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

 

Bob Ashcom, Managing Director, Alt Ridge Capital, LLC

Bob is a Managing Director and Partner of Alt Ridge Capital, LLC. Prior to forming Alt Ridge Capital, he served as the co-head of the specialty finance investment banking practice at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Financial Services & Technology Group. Prior to joining the Financial Services investment banking team, Bob served as a senior originator and structuring banker in SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s and Banc of America Securities’ structured finance practices from 1997 to 2005 focusing on a variety of consumer and commercial assets. From 1992 through 1997, Bob served as a senior investigator at the NASD (now FINRA) specializing in derivative securities investigations and was a member of the Derivative Product Steering Committee. Prior to joining the NASD, he worked as a taxable bond trader and chief compliance officer of Masterson Moreland Sauer Whisman, a regional boutique investment bank (now part of First Southwest Co.).

Bob is a registered principal with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and holds Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations. Bob received a B.A. in Political Economics from Michigan State University and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Mike Marett, Senior VP Business Development, Cantaloupe Systems

Mike is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Cantaloupe Systems. Cantaloupe Systems provides software that enables vending and OCS operators to improve profitability and efficiency. Mike is an accomplished executive with experience in the IOT, M2M, telecommunications, wireless and Big Data sectors. Early in his career, Mike served as Vice President and General Manager for Bell Atlantic’s Business Systems Services group responsible for the mid-Atlantic region. Further experience was gained as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Mitel Corporation and as COO and Division President at Numerex Corp, a leading provider of M2M solutions. Mike also has early-stage technology experience including TManage Inc, a provider of large-scale telecommuting management services and, most recently, Illuminate360, a cloud-based advanced analytics provider. Mike has a Bachelor of Business degree from Rutgers University.

Lisa Cramer, VP Marketing and Sales, Inreality

Lisa is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Inreality, a software and services company that reinvents consumer interaction for retail, healthcare, hospitality and sports & entertainment. Lisa is a former start-up CEO, with over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in the technology industry. She has been an executive for IBM, KnowledgeWare and LeadLife Solutions. She is a well-known thought leader and speaker, and has been the recipient of several awards including; “Top Most Influential People” and “Top Women to Watch” by The Sales Lead Management Association (SLMA). In her present role, she leads the sales and marketing functions, driving sales while managing demand generation, and is involved in product design, analytics and strategic planning. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree from American University.
